The Lemp Brewery is also located in historic downtown Fort Madison, located just steps from the Mississippi River and the charming shops of Main Street, Originally built in various phases, between 1860 and 1911, it once served as a distributing spot for the Lemp Brewery, a precursor to Falstaff. 

 

Once restored, this accessible building will offer 10 studio to two-bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor, with access to an elevator. Construction is expected to state in the Summer of 2014 and be completed by late Fall 2014.
